To provide and improve the platform: account management, task matching, escrow settlement, notifications, customer support, fraud and abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed and your published content is hidden; however, financial and transaction records (including top-ups, escrow, settlements, withdrawals, and audit logs) are retained for the statutory period required by applicable law, tax, and accounting rules, and are securely destroyed afterwards.

Security
